In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "smg77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to smg77.app and its internationally licensed operating entity, including all products, services, systems, and interfaces made available through the domain smg77.app.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the smg77 platform.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account created by a Player following completion of the registration process and, where required, successful KYC verification.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly converted.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based awards credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on any casino game, live dealer table, sportsbook market, or other betting product offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification procedures applied by smg77 to registered Players in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency of the smg77 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or in which smg77 has elected not to offer services.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, together with any supplemental rules, game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the Privacy Policy incorporated by reference.

By accessing any part of the smg77 Platform — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming a promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one exists.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and smg77. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the smg77 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplemental rules, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific supplemental rule expressly states otherwise.

To register and use the smg77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. smg77 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years across all products and services. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing smg77 is lawful in your location before doing so.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of smg77 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
5. You must not have a self-excluded Account, a suspended Account, or a permanently closed Account on smg77 or any affiliated platform.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the smg77 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances held across those accounts will be forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. smg77 cannot be held responsible for service failures arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify smg77 support immediately via live chat or the contact email.

smg77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not create any obligation on smg77 to maintain the Account indefinitely; Accounts may be suspended or closed in accordance with these Terms.

smg77 is required by its international licensing obligations and AML compliance framework to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its Players. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the lifecycle of an Account.

Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian national identity card — KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., bank statement, utility bill issued by PLN/PDAM, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or BSI mobile banking confirming the account holder's name).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed platform-defined thresholds.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. smg77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days while KYC documentation is under review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of a request will result in Account suspension.

All financial transactions on the smg77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). smg77 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by a Player's own bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Deposits: smg77 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply and are published on the Cashier page within your Account. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. smg77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within five (5) minutes during 07:00–23:00 WIB. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during the same hours. Processing times outside these hours may be longer.

Refund Policy: Deposits that have been used to place Wagers are not refundable. Deposits returned prior to any wagering activity may be refunded to the original payment method subject to smg77's verification of the request. smg77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any refund.

smg77 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply to all smg77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• smg77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already claimed and being actively wagered by a Player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, will result in the cancellation of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonus Funds expire as stated in each individual promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account automatically and are not reinstated.

Each game and betting product available on smg77 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant product section of the Platform. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

smg77's casino games — including RNG slots, live dealer tables, and arcade titles — are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. The outcome of RNG games is determined by certified random number generator algorithms. smg77 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so.

For sportsbook products, all bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets and the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. smg77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, or where the odds offered were materially incorrect due to a technical fault. In the event of a void bet, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Account.

smg77 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Player's Account at any time. Players who are identified as engaging in betting patterns inconsistent with recreational gambling (such as arbitrage or matched betting) may have their market access restricted or their Account closed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the smg77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or promotional claiming.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game algorithms to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without express written permission from smg77.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, particularly live poker or live dealer titles, in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus hunting that is incompatible with recreational gambling.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or backend infrastructure.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward smg77 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the smg77 Platform — including but not limited to the smg77 brand name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and database structures — is the intellectual property of smg77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from smg77.

smg77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

smg77 uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML obligations, personalise your experience, send promotional communications where you have opted in, and fulfil any legal reporting requirements. smg77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operations (such as payment processors and game studios) under strict data processing agreements.

smg77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity for the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block access for a minimum period of six (6) months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service thereon, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or regulatory action.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes, odds, or account information arising from technical faults beyond smg77's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.

smg77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits smg77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

smg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms is always available at /terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

For material changes that may adversely affect Players' rights, smg77 will provide no fewer than seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the affected Account, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which smg77's operating entity is incorporated, as disclosed in smg77's licensing documentation. Players acknowledge that smg77 operates under an internationally issued gaming licence and that the regulatory framework of that licensing jurisdiction governs the operation of the Platform.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact smg77 customer support and allow a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) days — for smg77 to investigate and respond before escalating the matter through any other channel.

smg77 maintains a formal complaints procedure. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of an initial support response, you may request escalation to smg77's compliance department by submitting a written complaint to the support email address. smg77 will issue a final written response within thirty (30) days of receiving a formal written complaint. Where a Player remains dissatisfied following this process, they may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified in smg77's current licensing terms.
